In-Service Training and Lifelong Learning Directorate (DiTTAL)
The In-Service Training and Lifelong Learning Directorate (DiTTAL) is responsible for providing policy guidance, coordination, and oversight of teacher professional development, non-formal education, lifelong learning, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programmes. The Directorate also leads the development of second-chance education and skills development initiatives aimed at supporting out-of-school youth and adult learners to acquire relevant knowledge, competencies, and employable skills.
