Science and Technology Education Directorate

The Science and Technology Directorate is responsible for advising on and coordinating all aspects relating to the design, programme development, digitalisation of curriculum, training and capacity building in the area of science, mathematics, engineering, and technology education in schools and the sector as a whole. Although the emphasis is on science and technology education, this directorate will have oversight of all the other learning areas.

It will also be responsible for the further development and enhancement of science and technology education at all levels. 

In addition, the directorate will also provide remedial, strengthen subject associations and an outreach medium for transmission of the ministry’s programmes and activities.
