The Permanent Secretaries are the chief executives and advisers to the Ministers and will provide oversight for the activities of the sector. There will be two Deputy Permanent secretaries for each ministry one of whom is assisting the Permanent Secretary in the administrative and financial management functions of the Ministry while
the second is assisting in the co-ordination of policy, programmes and project implementation
